No. NLLN (Namibia Learners Licence Navigator) is a completely independent, privately operated study platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Namibian government, the Ministry of Works & Transport, NaTIS (National Transport Information System), or any official licensing authority. NLLN is a private educational tool designed to help you prepare for the learner's licence exam — it does not issue licences, process official applications, or represent any government body.
NLLN is a private online study platform built specifically for Namibians preparing for the learner's licence exam. We provide structured courses, practice tests, flashcards, and study materials to help you understand the rules of the road and pass your exam with confidence. Think of us as a digital study guide — not a replacement for the official licensing process.
For the official learner's licence application, written test booking, and licence issuance, you must visit your nearest NaTIS (National Transport Information System) office in person. NLLN cannot process applications, book tests, or issue any official documents on your behalf. We only help you study and prepare.
No. Certificates issued by NLLN are completion certificates for our private study courses only. They are not recognised by NaTIS, the Ministry of Works & Transport, or any government authority as a substitute for the official learner's licence or any other official qualification. You must still pass the official NaTIS exam to obtain your learner's licence.
