Terms of Service

By accessing or using NLLN (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NLLN regarding your use of the Platform. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use NLLN, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Platform.

When you create an account with NLLN, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
• Restricting access to your account and device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free trials or promotions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person
• Use another user's account without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or engage in fraudulent activity.

NLLN offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: N$199 per month, grants full access for 30 days
• Quarterly Plan: N$499 per quarter, grants full access for 90 days
• Annual Plan: N$1,599 per year, grants full access for 365 days

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made using Namibian local payment methods (Bank Transfer, E-Wallet, or Pay2Cell)
• Payment verification is required before account activation
• Subscription access begins once payment is verified by our team
• Subscriptions are not automatically recurring — you must manually renew

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of payment verification
• You have accessed no more than 20% of the total course content
• You have not downloaded any certificates

To request a refund, contact our support team with your payment reference number and reason for the request.

All content on NLLN, including but not limited to courses, lessons, quizzes, practice tests, study materials, videos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of NLLN or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

As a subscribed user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Download study materials for personal offline use
• Print certificates for your personal records

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use content for commercial purposes or resale
• Share login credentials to allow others to access paid content
• Scrape, download, or systematically collect content using automated tools

Violation of these content rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with its educational purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including NLLN staff or other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these conduct rules, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement.

NLLN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about:

• The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content
• That the Platform will be available at all times without interruption
• That any errors or defects will be corrected
• That the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

Important: NLLN is an educational preparation tool. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official Namibian learner's license examination. Traffic laws and regulations may change, and it is your responsibility to verify current requirements with the relevant authorities.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NLLN and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Failure to pass the official learner's license examination

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from:

• Use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• Any active subscription will not be refunded unless eligible under our refund policy
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Windhoek, Namibia.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may seek relief in the courts of Namibia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Windhoek, Namibia.
